Writing Assignment #6
Does seeding of clouds with
silver nitrate increase rainfall? You might be familiar with the practice of
seeding clouds with silver nitrate to "create" rain. Does this work.
Go to the following site and get the data:

Do a hypothesis test (you
decide which one to use) to determine if the average amount of rainfall from
the seeded clouds exceeds 165 acre feet. Make sure you include all the required
elements of the hypothesis tests and state clearly in non-technical terms your
conclusion.
